Lone Star Texas Grill - Cambridge

I always wanted to go to this place and finally got the chance. I was not disappointed. I love smoky flavored food and this hit the mark. We ordered a sample platter of the all you can eat fajitas and were impressed by the amount of meat that came out. The price was pretty good too. I highly recommend you try it at least once if the thought of a texas bbq makes your mouth water.

Overall the meal was ok. Service was slow, and the place was not overly busy. Didn't have first type of red wine on the menu.Shared fajita's, chicken and steak. Had to keep asking for more sour cream & pico de gallo. It came on a tray with shredded cheese and lettuce, but were only small portions.Don't get sucked into the 20oz draft, stick with the normal 16oz.

"Meh" describes the food. It was enough, but a little on the lean side. I was expecting more for the price. $18 for a single chimichanga is a bit high. The condiments came in what could best be described as thimbles. I had the chicken chimichanga, it was ok. The side of rice and refried beans was small and not warm. The chimichanga was warm but I have a feeling it was waiting under the warming lamp because the melted cheese was a little hard by the time it got to the table. My friends had chicken fajitas. Their condiments were also a little on the chintzy side. We all asked for extra sour cream, which came no problem and no charge. In a word, it is OK food. If you have a craving for Mexican it would do the job, but don't have high expectations and you will be fine. I give it 3 stars for food but have to give the staff 5 stars!

We used to go here fairly regularly, and were disappointed that they don't have the free chips and salsa any more. They also discontinued the big rig burrito I used to order. Rest of the food was just ok will probably not be returning again as there is no longer anything that sets them apart from the other chains around.

Food was good change the menu again. We go for the fajitas however they got rid of the barbecued one which was our favorite sad to see it go. Wait staff was slow
