Feedback gevenThe food was, as always, of excellent quality, and the service was prompt and courteous. However, what really made my visit special was the personal attention from the owner. They made an effort to engage with customers, creating a sense of belonging that felt like being part of the McDonald's family. This level of hospitality is hard to come by and certainly deserves recognition. A big shout-out to the owner for crafting such a delightful environment. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident and truly appreciated. If you're looking for not just a tasty meal but also a warm and welcoming dining atmosphere, I highly recommend visiting this McDonald's. It’s a fantastic example of what makes this iconic chain so special. Thank you to the owner and the whole team for a memorable visit!
I went in to order a few meals and started by asking for decaf coffee. They informed me that they don't offer decaf at this location, although some other locations might. I was quite disappointed and decided to leave. I won't be returning to this location again.
It seems that refills are no longer offered here, which is surprising given that it’s McDonald's. Even some upscale restaurants provide free refills, but for some reason, this McDonald's does not. I really wish they would bring back free refills!
Every weekday night, there seems to be a notable animosity towards those who are homeless or less fortunate. Some members of the night staff exhibit outright ignorance and hostility towards homeless individuals. It’s worth noting that not all staff behave this way. However, during the transition from dinner to breakfast, I often hear, "We can’t take any orders right now," even for something as simple as a coffee. They struggle to keep the coffee fresh and readily available for anyone who might want one. I've never experienced such service at any other McDonald's I've visited. In my previous job, I frequently dined out between 3 and 5 AM, and this is the only location where I've encountered such issues. If you plan to visit this McDonald's late at night and you’re not homeless, you’ll likely have a pleasant experience. However, if you appear homeless or associate with anyone who does, your experience may be very different.
I had a terrible experience with customer service at this location. I went to buy an iced coffee, and when I tried to use my employee discount, the manager approached me. Instead of politely explaining that discounts aren't allowed on specialty items, she started yelling at me for "not knowing better" in front of everyone in the restaurant.
