Pizza Pizza - Cambridge

We placed our order online and found a great deal. We had the pizzas delivered to us. We ordered two large pizzas along with some dip. The delivery driver was friendly and the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious.

I ordered my pizza over the phone and it seems like they only have one line for taking orders. The process started with them asking for my phone number, then inquiring about the location I was calling from and whether I wanted pick up or delivery. I requested pick up and specified the Hespeler Road location. It appears they may have a hotline for taking pizza orders over the phone and then relaying the information to the individual stores. The lady I spoke with was speaking loudly over the phone, which was not very pleasant. I'm not sure if she couldn't hear me or if it was noisy in her workplace. The wait time for picking up my order was 15-20 minutes, which wasn't bad. While waiting outside for my pizza, I saw the delivery guy carrying the box of pizza diagonally, which made me concerned about the toppings shifting to one side or sticking to the top of the box. However, the pizza itself was good and had a nice, crusty texture when fresh out of the oven. The dough was not too thick, which I appreciated.

The pizza was delicious and fresh, but the customer service could have been improved.

I came around 11pm on feb 25th, found the most coolest white guy on shift, he was friendly and honestly grants great service. Although this isn’t the closest pizza pizza to us, meeting this guys and his service is worth the few minutes of drive. Will come back because of him for sure

I should have read the last few reviews instead of the star rating. The worst chicken sandwich I've ever had. Something was really salty and I threw it away. The bun was overcooked and i waited quite a bit (No one else in there) I wish I hadn't of tipped now. This is why I hate tipping on debit before getting the food. Sorry pizza pizza, this experience has left a bad taste.....literally.
