Red Swan Pizza - Cambridge

The customer service at this restaurant could be greatly improved. The person who took my order did not do so properly and could benefit from learning more about customer service. I had a great experience at the Red Swan in Kitchener, but the one in Cambridge was disappointing. I ordered the butter chicken pizza with butter chicken sauce as a base, but was told that I only ordered the sauce as a base. When I mentioned that I was missing cilantro, the person insisted that I received the correct order, even though I knew something was missing. Despite offering to send a picture as proof, the person continued to argue. The girl who answered the phone was also rude. Although the food tasted fresh and delicious, the customer service was lacking. I have worked in the food industry for 4 years, and I can say that the employees at this restaurant were disrespectful and argumentative.

I would highly recommend this take-out pizza shop. We enjoyed the: Honey Garlic Chicken, the Butter Chicken, and the Tandoori Chicken pizzas all with their traditional crust. Fantastic !!

We ordered the paneer pizza and it was delicious. However, the downside was the manager's rude behavior and they failed to inform us about any offers, even after we asked them.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the pizza. It was undercooked and lacking toppings, with the excuse that cilantro was not available at Walmart. The service was unprofessional and the pizza was not tasty. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future. I do not recommend visiting this establishment.

Cambrige, Hespler Road: ordered xlarge pizza and clearly gave instructions to put well toppings and on base garlic sauce, but I got pizza sauce and need to wait for replacement. At the end got less toppings pizza. It?s like 2 olives on each piece. SO DISSATISFIED WITH SERVICE AND TASTE. Not worth at all after spending $22.
