Shanghai Restaurant - Cambridge

Most food I ordered was good, but I was disappointed by sweet and sour short rips because I couldn't say what they were. it was mostly gristle with sweeter and acidic sauce baked on it. I also ordered chicken chev. I thought it was supposed to be noodles with chinese and chinese, but it turned out that it was having bok choy and others, but no noodles or tears. not sure what happened, but I wish they had called me to say that they wanted to make a replacement, or we didn't. other food was great.

Our family has decided to order the Chinese food last night. we had never ordered from this restaurant as we had ordered from another company in the run of the years. I was shocked for the first time at the total price of 91 dollar in comparison. to 67 dollar for the same order from our normal restaurant we have ordered constantly. However, I was okay to pay more if they want to eat qualitatiw high quality. when our order arrived, we were in unmistakably over the small portion size that was received. the aromes were less than standard. it turned out to be very disappointing. Given the cost, the small portion size and the quality of the food, I would not recommend this facility. very disappointed.

After 15 years of paragliding, we will not be back because extremely rude family members who order the phone. the customer is not always right in shanghai and they will argue the point with them until they leave the restaurant with eating in the hand....Some with 20 years customer service as I was informed should know better than with a customer to argue why they were rude on the phone. restaurant owners should be grateful that the people still buy from them during this time and they are too busy to be professional. I will say that eating is good, most of the time, but we will find another Chinese restaurant to give our money in the future.

We usually order individual meals with rice, chicken balls and chicken stables. chop suey is usually very good. this time everything was in the meal above the upper salty. we almost didn't want to eat it.

They do deliver however, they do not take credit at the door, only cash debit so be prepared. They do however offer free wings delivery for any order over $35.00 before tax. The portions I got were generouse but the food was so...salty that I could't eat half of it. I ordered won ton soup with the meal which was tastless. If you need something quick for a fair price and don't care about the taste than this could work for you but as for me, this was a one shot deal.
