Subway - Cambridge

Didn't have any meatballs when I went in before 8pm.

Want there to get a two subs and repeating my order 3 times and she started to make one so I just didn’t bother ever asking for the other one they barely speak English. I will never be going back there again worse subway I ever been to.

Terrible customer service, talk about depressed looking people. There sloppy when loading on the ingredients like they don’t want to be working there. The last time I went there the girl looked like she was annoyed that I came in the store. Time to find a new Subway to go too.

Food was good, service was fast, portions were alright. Only problem I had was the guy when I came in didn’t swap his gloves (so I don’t know how long they were on for) he got my bread and toasted it, while it was toasting he went to go cash me out, which was fine but he didn’t change his gloves after…. Clearly with food handling they don’t care about cleanliness. But like I said everything else was fine

New menu is more expensive seems like build your own is the only way to get the classics back and they don't have Swiss cheese that's a deal breaker for me think I'm done with subway the day if 5$ footlong are long gone and the quality isn't really worth the price I'd rather go sit down somewhere if in paying 14.99 for a sub made fast food quality
