This café truly uplifted my spirits during the challenging times of COVID. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Hassan, the owner, is unmatched; his customer service is genuinely the best I've experienced in the area. Each visit feels personal, as he remembers regulars and goes out of his way to make everyone feel at home. The food is simply delicious, with a variety of options that cater to all tastes. This café has become my go-to spot for comfort and joy, making it a true gem in the community

Perfect if you don’t want a chain! Service was great and prices were good too, for Hampstead. I had a JP and it was very tasty. Would recommend… nice place to chill.

I went to this cafe for the first time today, I was trying to get a coffee with a friend. As we sat down my son in his pram got upset so whilst I was trying to calm and settle him the owner came to us and said you are upsetting my customers with your crying baby. Am I not a customer too? I was so shocked to be greeted with such service which is why I am telling you to avoid this place especially if you have children not friendly at all. I left the shop immediately. Majority of customers were pensioners so if that describes you then it will be perfect:

While we were at this cafe there was an argument between the staff and a pregnant couple who were visiting the cafe. It was pretty awful, the staff were quite literally shouting at her, it was a big scene in front of everyone. I don 't know what caused the argument, but nevertheless whoever was in the wrong (which I can quite easily believe was the restaurant) the way the staff handled it was terrible, and ended with the pregnant lady in tears leaving the cafe. For the rest of our meal the staff kept saying we 're sorry about that, she was pregnant... I wouldn 't expect anyone to speak to anyone like this, let alone a cafe who was serving customers! Our order was also forgotten once so we ordered twice, and was very very delayed, but this was overshadowed by the argument. Out of all the lovely cafes in Hampstead, I definitely won 't be visiting this one again.
