Joy's Cafe - Camden

We really wanted to eat Chinese and spotted this restaurant 2 days before Christmas. On such a cold weather wanting to eat some hot Chinese soup, we walked to the restaurant and the lady told us that we should pay double as it's Christmas and we should pay cash!!!!! Seriously there was no speciality for us to pay the double price on Christmas! They must be kidding and taking people for stupid

An amazing find, young, very friendly staff make you feel most welcome. It is obvious from the extensive menu that traditional tastes are catered for. Service is efficient, the quality of the food is truly excellent and the value is amazing. Joy's is definitely well worth a visit.

The food was excellent and the service was very quick. The staff were polite and helpful. I found the atmosphere to be like being in China, which was quite relaxing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Chinese cuisine, as it is the perfect place to go.

Raining and needed to find food with two kids and fast! Ordered four dishes with rice and noodles and was not disappointed. Practically clean plates sent back to the kitchen. Also enjoyed a lovely pot of Jasmine tea.

We were a group, and we were brought some dishes to share ... the staff didn’t take the time to tell us what it was even asking ... the pichetes of water or tea were dirty, the dirty toilets .... even the outside didn’t make want., but here it was a step planned by the provider .... we will not return there
