Mcdonald's - Camden

There was a very friendly woman working at the restaurant who was singing along to the music! It was so heartwarming, she made my experience feel very cozy <33

I visited this McDonald's late on a Tuesday. It was a typical McDonald's with standard food. The food was good, but there was a bit of gristle in the nuggets. The service was fast and excellent.

I placed an order for takeout on Just Eat, but the delivery driver went offline and nobody could locate him. When my order finally arrived, it was missing half the items, including 2 drinks and 2 ice creams. This was especially upsetting for my son who has autism, resulting in a major meltdown. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but they kept hanging up without saying a word. This frustrating experience lasted for almost half an hour, with over 30 attempted calls. I am extremely disappointed and plan to report this incident to the restaurant's head office.

I ordered MacDonalds the driver picked it up but as always on off went either shopping for someone or doubled up the order. 20mins my food was on his motorbike and of course it arrived late cold taste like cardboard, soggy inside where i put it in the microwave to try get bit of heat into the food. I will never order MacDonalds again if I wanted cold food, I would have ordered a Salard...!!!!

Is the third time i order on uber and comes wrong. Why u don't train people correctly? Chips are obviously chips, burger is obviously burger. How can someone get it wrong? 3rd time . Was a treat for my son Train your staff please I don't blame the staff, i blame the manager who isn't good enough to manage and train
