This is a friendly, no nonsense pub that serves food at very affordable prices for Central London. The offer of beer is good. IPA was £2.50 on promotions! It was also Karl Marx's hunting when he used the British museum library. The pub has many beautiful Victorian features. This is the best value to historical pub in Central London, therefore the 5* review.

Alongside the British Museum, it's an old pub. A wide range of beer, ale, apple and ghosts are waiting for you. We didn't eat there, so no information about it. The interior brings you to the good old times, pictures and writings on the wall to tell about the history of this place. When the bell rings, it's only 30 minutes more, so last order.

We loved the friendly atmosphere, the staff was charming and our food was wonderful. We recommend this place for a fun pub experience for travelers. I love our steak pea, fish and chips. Look at Sam, the bartender, he's fun and great at his work.
