Feedback gevenI went to Nando's Euston for a quick grab and go meal. The cashier assured me it would only take 15 minutes, giving me enough time before my train departure in 10 minutes. However, my order was incorrect and delayed. Despite the efforts of the staff member who packed my order quickly, I was left with nothing to eat my food with. I was hungry, but unable to eat the chicken fillet without utensils, as I had ordered a burger with fries and coleslaw. Overall, not a great experience. Now I will have to wait another 2 hours until I can eat at home.
I'm not sure what was going on at this restaurant, but despite the fact that you order online and get your own drinks and utensils at Nando's, the staff seemed disorganized, stressed, and confused. The food was served quickly, but plates were left under the heat lamp for over 10 minutes at a time and servers were wandering around aimlessly. It's clear that this place could use better management or staff.
Wouldn’t recommend, we went in for family lunch and were seated by a guy who looked like a foreign morgz. He was very rude and didn’t seem to care about any customers. Also it felt very racist because all the white people were on the left side and all the black people were on the right side but maybe it was a coincidence.
Visited several times in May July 2023. Good service Good food. Wait time was very good. Good customer service Clean and decent Pleasant atmosphere
A poor experience at Nando’s Euston, lots of staff moving around and lack of customer engagement. The tablet for taking the order at till 3 wasn’t working, the receipt printer at till 2 wasn’t working. Took an eternity to get served then my food was sitting ready waiting on somebody to notice, looked like a lot of staff working hard but lacked organisation. Forgot to give me my drink that I paid for. Nice people but looked like the environment was lacking leadership.
