My favorite collection at kings cross! no other shop is provided near the customer service! workers are so beautiful and funny and give more and more! especially dante and another worker who has no badge but is very nice. 10/10 would recommend

Food is nice and it's not far from King's Cross, 4 minutes away. The girl who served me was very patient and doing a great job until the manager came, took it from her and literally drowned my sandwich in sauce. By the time i had reached the station, it was already a wet sandwich and the sauce was seeping through the paper bag. It was an absolute mess!

The staff at this restaurant lack basic training and have very little understanding of how to interact with customers. One of the kitchen staff needed multiple confirmations to make the requested sandwich and even tried to toast the sandwich with the vegetables inside. I had to intervene to prevent this mistake. The staff behind the counter also struggled with cutting the sandwich in half, wrapping it up, and passing it to the cashier. They seemed unsure of how to handle special requests, such as omitting caramelised onions from a sandwich. One suggestion for improvement would be for the staff to pick up more than 3 pieces of lettuce at a time to help speed up the queue.

I stopped by this Subway while waiting for my IELTS exam. The place was clean and orderly. The service was fast, and I was attended to by a friendly and welcoming Afro-Caribbean man. I enjoyed eating in and would definitely return when I'm in the area again.
