I fully believe the people working here can’t read. No matter how you order they mess it up, even if it’s a simple door dash order that says “no cheese.”

First time I came here (on a Sunday) they weren't allowing people inside. Second visit today arrived 45 minutes before closing I don't know the protocol but I was told only soft and hard tacos so I left empty

Stopped in for some Taco Bell this time. Also got some KFC for the fam. Everything was fresh and delicious. The burritos were awesome! Biscuits were fresh, hot l, and soft. The front register associate was outstanding! I did not get his name.

I once had to stop and make an emergency poo in the middle of no where Arkansas between Little Rock and Memphis. The bathroom was in a ran down gas station, tucked away in a mop closet. It was filthy. This KFC bathroom gives that place a run for its money when it comes to cleanleness. Other than that, the food was okay and the staff was pretty mediocre.

Your experience will be hit or miss depending on who's working that day. The food seems rushed and thrown together on different days. Also they will keep your penny and claim they don't have any to give back. They're making a mint on keeping the pennies. When I complained I was treated rudely. Even Corporate ignored my query about the pennies. This can't be legal ??‍
