Kfc - Cameron Park

I worked there in March 2022, and one of the managers, Victor, grabbed my arm and told me to leave. He claimed I wasn't doing my job, even though I was. It was a terrible place to work.

Hands down best customer service. Had small complaint and it was addressed immediately. Thanks CP kfc

The staff were friendly and attentive to the issues at hand, and they made a commendable effort to address them, although they didn't quite resolve the root problems. During a brief visit, they mistakenly deleted an order without preparing it, made substitutions without consulting me on what would work best for an out-of-stock item, and overlooked several ingredients while assembling their chicken sandwiches.

Went here on 9/19/22. Was shorted on chicken in the 8 piece bucket and it was only dark meat. Was also handed the bag and told there was no gravy for the mashed potatoes and there was nothing they could do or sub in its place. Really disappointed.

I'm pretty convinced that the young staff here might have laced my food with a laxative. From the strange looks they kept giving me to the peculiar taste of the dish, it all culminated in a sudden and urgent trip to the restroom. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else either.
