The Kickin' Shrimp Po' Boy is an original sauce that they create, and it's the best I've ever had anywhere! As a Cajun from Louisiana, I can truly appreciate it. When my daughter's car broke down near their food truck, the staff were incredibly helpful. They brought us an extension cord and a ceramic heater, and they even fed us. Wayne went above and beyond by working on my car to help get it started and suggested mechanics in Lake Charles. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without their kindness and compassion, especially since there were no hotels or other accommodations available in Cameron after the hurricanes last autumn. They are simply the best! The best people!
