Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Camillus

Ordered $30 dollars family meal of 4 chicken sandwiches online, after I had paid and drove to pick it up they told me they were out of chicken sandwiches. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t and I would have to contact customer service. I tried contacting customer services and they offered me a 3 dollar refund. They wouldn’t refund for items they didn’t have.

Waited 15 min to order with one car in front, then were out of biscuits…?, and waited ten min for Mac and cheese after getting the rest of the order on a Saturday at 1pm?

They used to be nice and fresh before. Last couple of weeks it’s been a disaster. They chicken is fried twice, looks grey in color, dry tastes like rubber. It was worrisome to put this kind of chicken in my stomach. Last night again I did a pick up and it was as horrible.. Had to just throw the chicken away!!! Popeyes has no right to sell this kind of food. There a slight change in color with the coleslaws also it’s more liquidy and yellowish.
