Don?t eat here if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you might get sabotaged. I ordered a basic burrito with a few toppings including guac. The only topping I ordered which they put on was lettuce. They added on cheese, which I didn?t order.All the app?s bot gave me a BOGO coupon for the messed up order; no refund.

I’m not sure who was working there or what kind of day they were having, but I ordered three tacos with a light amount of cheese and ended up with a pile of taco ingredients and a huge lump of melted cheese on top.

I visited this restaurant two days in a row and was unable to use any of the high-top tables because their deliveries were not put away in the back. The to-go orders were placed on the wrong rack, and one high-top was cluttered with new hire brochures. The cleanliness of the place was very disappointing. They were out of steak, vegetables, and lettuce. The staff had a bad attitude and insisted they wouldn’t make a cheese quesadilla unless you ordered through the app, which is completely false. While I was there, two other families left without placing their orders. Overall, this location is a complete disaster and shows a total lack of management.

This place has gotten worse over time. I ordered a bowl online which I hate to do but every time I show up to order in person they are online orders only. My daughter is picky so I order a bowl with white rice, chicken and cheese. They skimp oneverything and when you're not there to see them make your bowl you get cheated. There are 4 pieces of chicken in this bowl! 4!I am angry and will not go there again. Terrible service. $10 for rice and cheese. ????

My husband and I visited this restaurant for dinner, and we were shocked by how dirty it was! It seemed like the trash hadn’t been emptied since they opened for the day, and every table had leftover food on it. The soda machine was out of order, and the cashier was quite unfriendly and seemed miserable. We also noticed that to-go orders were being placed on a tall, dirty table instead of the clean shelves meant for them. The carnitas were tough and tasted old. My husband even mentioned that the men's restroom was cleaner than the dining area. I know Chipotle can do better—so please, do better!
