I almost decided to leave due to the rudeness of an older man working there. After reading reviews, I can see I'm not the only one who's had a negative experience, yet it seems nothing is being done to address it. When I pointed to a fresh pizza that had just come out and asked for a slice, he ignored my request and instead handed me a slice of the cold pizza that had been sitting there. He was also quite brusque, making me feel rushed during the whole process. There was absolutely no sense of customer service. If you dislike your job and your customers this much, perhaps it would be better to find employment elsewhere.
The food was terrible. It was dry and lacked any flavor. The plain noodles cost $7 and were so dry that they were difficult to eat; they even had a crunch to them. I ended up wasting $20, and my daughter and I left with empty stomachs because the food was so bad we couldn't even manage to eat it. I'm reluctantly giving it at least one star, but it's certainly not by choice.
My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I waited at the counter for quite some time without anyone coming to assist me. When my husband expressed his concern about our pizza being overcooked, he discovered that the slices were burned when he finally retrieved them. Unfortunately, there was no offer to replace them with a fresh slice. I wouldn't consider eating here again. Personally, I'm not a fan of the pizza, and we were just hoping to get a simple slice for my picky eater child.
It?s true that it is overpriced, but I was so hungry that I didn?t mind paying. As far as taste, who knows, because my slice slid off the plate right onto the mall floor. I turned back around to him and said ? oh noooo, it fell off the plate ?. He saidto me Mohamed) ? whaddya want me to do????! I asked if he?d replace it, he shook his head No. my only satisfaction is that thefamily of 3 that was behind me, walked away with me in solidarity! They said they will not eat there after witnessingthat. Someone should retrain him about customer service skills.
Pizza is average, which is completely fine. What the one star is for is the fact that one slice of cheese is $4.55ish after taxes, which is absolutely insane. And sure you can blame the pandemic if you'd life for prices but the cost to profit ratio forPizza places is very big. So maybe a slight increase of you feel it's absolutely necessary, but that much for a slice of cheeseis absolutely asinine.
