Shawarma House Grill - Camp Hill

Really poor customer service. I need more employees. She? re focused on supporting other people than checking me to give me my food. I came to another customer and paid for my order and the lady prepares and asks him what he wants instead of making my food.

There's a fantastic shawarma spot in the food court that I highly recommend. The freshness and flavor are outstanding, and it's made right in front of you. If you're at Park City Mall, definitely check it out!

The staff who took my order and prepared the food were impolite. They charged me extra for feta cheese without asking if I wanted it. While they are employed, they don't seem to apologize for poor customer service. In contrast, Quick Chick Shawarma consistently provides a pleasant experience for their customers.

It takes a long time to get the food. One person takes the order and also makes it. It?s a bit bland but overall good. Also, a bit overpriced for halal food than I?m usually used to. I pay less in NY with the same portion or more than I did here.
