Chipotle Mexican Grill - Camp Springs

The staff is very nice, the restaurant is clean. Although the staff have clear gloves on, It's not sanitary when the scoop your food with the spoon and then use there fingers to help place in your bowl burrito., and there still touching other stuff. Alsothe chicken is really salty and we eat fat in almost every bite, almost as if it's not cooked enough or it's not a good qualityof meat.

This is my goto spot for a quick meal. I was super happy when the Auth Rd location opened. The staff is super friendly and the portions are great. My only concern and reason for 4 stars is that the counters are always dirty! My slight OCD has a problemseeing a mess almost to where I want to jump over the counter and clean it. And why are they always running out of the greenpepper onion mix?!? Still my goto spot, just fix those few things and I'll be happy!! :

Food is good, it has it days. Cashiers are on the dry side, need to be more user friendly and not so dry. I just feel like at this time and day with all going on we should be ecstatic to be alive, well and working. Definitely be more appreciative ofothers as your customers and vice versa.

Consistently out of some kind of item, and most often it is the guac. A Mexican style take out should rarely if ever be out of such a staple item. I imagine it is because this is a new location and they limit their food supplies to cut down on waste; butwho knows. Most of the staff is very friendly, but there are one or two that could work on their customer skills, such asrudely griping at customers who didn 't read or didn 't see a sign on the door when walking in, such as: exact change only ifpaying with cash. Rarely are customers going to carry around exact change for everything. It 's the restaurant 's fault for notkeeping more cash on hand for such transactions; don 't blame the customers. Why would you berate a customer who is there givingyou their business? It 's just bad management all around. But, the restaurant is typically clean, has quick service and moreoften than not has good service.

This chipotle location is nice. It?s clean and the food here is good compared to some other locations.
