Tim Hortons - Campbell River

I didn't catch her name, but there's a woman working there who's incredibly friendly and full of energy. She's doing a fantastic job! It was so funny to see her enthusiasm as she tried to convince us to buy a floaty.

The staff is fantastic and the preparation area is spotless. You can learn a lot about a business by observing how content its employees are, and here, the staff genuinely seem very happy.

I ordered orange pekoe tea and tried to enjoy it while on the autobahn. Unfortunately, it was neither tea nor coffee, but a weird blend of the two. How do you manage to mess that up?

I was really disappointed with my experience. The server didn’t seem to understand our order, and we didn’t receive what we asked for. The restaurant had only a few customers, yet the tables were dirty! Unfortunately, it seems that this isn’t the only Tim Hortons with these issues, so I probably won’t be visiting any of them again. It’s a shame because they used to be great places to go!
