The Hook Sports Grill - Campbell

This restaurant has a great atmosphere—it's spacious and beautifully decorated. The bartender, an older woman, was exceptionally warm and friendly. While the beers were somewhat on the pricey side, I understand that the location and ample space likely contribute to the costs. I’ll definitely be back for another visit.

This spot is perfect if you're in the mood for a casual dive bar. I've had varied experiences with some of the regulars, but the bartender and chef are fast, efficient, and professional. If you're thinking of day drinking, just keep in mind that they don’t serve food until after 5 PM. However, I believe their food is better than typical bar offerings.

The food and drinks here are fantastic! The tri-tip tacos are a must-try, and the fish and chips are equally delicious. They offer a great deal on taco Tuesdays, and their happy hour runs from Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 6 PM. Plus, there are several large flat-screen TVs for sports enthusiasts. Definitely stop by and see what it’s all about!

This is a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy some darts or trivia. The menu offers a nice variety of food options. The bartender on Wednesday nights is amazing, and the friendly owner loves to challenge us with some hilarious trivia questions.

A few thoughts to share... When did it become acceptable to let three full-grown dogs roam freely in a bar that also serves food? It's baffling how people are afraid to say no! Please stop bringing your dogs to the bar; it doesn't impress anyone. I don’t want dog hair in my food or have to watch where I step while playing pool. On the bright side, the food here is quite good, the bar itself is fairly clean, the restrooms are typical for a bar, and the bartenders are friendly. I do plan to return because I like the place, but the need to showcase your pets is ridiculous and could pose a significant liability for the owner—let's just hope no one gets bitten. – SMITH
