Eventually, they began making sarcastic comments about us without bothering to see if we were waiting in line. If they were my employees, I would definitely fire them. The food at the restaurant was not even that good to justify such poor treatment of customers.
Today, I ordered the handmade Yuzu citrus soda at this restaurant, but they served me a green cordial soda with squeezed lemon instead. It had no Yuzu flavor and was a very green color. When I checked their Facebook page later, I realized that their soda menu was completely different. I was charged $5.5 for this fake drink and I can't understand why they would serve something that was not on the menu. This was a completely fake drink and I am very disappointed and upset.
I have this time in the time when she was fainted with you. I ordered breakfast from the Coffee Club this morning at 11:00. Since I write this, it's 1:00. My job was simple. A club sandwich and a thickshake. What turned first were two cappuccinos and a bunch of food, that was not a club sandwich. I immediately noticed that it wasn't what I had ordered. I'll let my sweet Uber Eats supplier know right away before he left because I immediately noticed. He was friendly enough to get a touch of Uber Eats support and deal with the situation for me. With his great customer service he could cancel my order and refund IMMEDIATELY. I was told I was just reordering and everything was sorted out. Great. So I reorder. Because I want this **** **** and club sandwich. So I'll go after my lunch. I see in the bag. My big hit! It's here! Sweet. I also see a polystyrene box that I suspect is my CLUB SANDWICH. So I left my nice SECOND Uber driver without any problems. There is no way that the Coffee Club could screw up for the second time today. I'm going in. I'm getting my big hit. It's aight. I'll take my polystyrene box. I'm literally telling my sister how to pick her up that I'm worried because it's too easy to be a club sandwich with CHIPS. So I'll open it carefully. I messed it up. No club sandwich. Not even chips. And you know what? If I wanted to smash avo and if it was what I ordered, I would be happy. It looked nice. It wasn't a CLUB SANDWICH. I then look at the receipt, tired of this continuous game. The reception is correct. It was my order. I pushed it. A club sandwich and Dickshake. It also has the right name. Well, this time I'm contacting the store directly. Because my nice Uber guy is gone. No one is here to get my immediate refund this time. I have to take things into my own hands. All right. Sometimes it is. So I'll call her. A girl takes up, turns out that she is the name on the entrance. Lily. I'm telling her what happened first, she doesn't really understand, but if she knows me she'd get her boss to handle this, and she'll call him over. I think his name was Steve. Steve wasn't understanding or friendly, although it was a problem with the store he was running. I told him everything. Then he tried to blame the Uber Eats driver. The first. He said that I and someone with my name ordered at the same time. Apparently the Uber Eats driver appeared and took all the bags with my name. But when he came to my house, the guy Uber driver literally went through his car and there was no other order for a Jordan. He specifically said he showed up at the Coffee a Club, gave them my name and code for order, and they gave him what he got. There were 3 orders from a Jordan. Two of them were me. My original order, which I was refunded, and the second order I have made to restore my original order. Steve tried to say that the Uber driver (THE FIRST ONE) took all three commands. I told Steve I didn't make two orders at the same time. So he was lying to me about my two orders that were picked up with the other mysterious Jordanian order. I had to inform Steve that the driver who delivered my food for the second time, WAS A DIFFERENT MAN. Nevertheless, he still tried to blame the poor driver. This is obviously a problem with this special store. How can the food packed in the bag BY THE COFFEE CLUB and the entrance to the bag BY THE COFFEE CLUB (which was told by Lily by the way, when I first called that they actually manually put Uber Eats commands over their registers, so someone had to know my real order, but they still messed up) be the responsibility of the Uber Eats driver? Poor guys pick up the food. It's up to the Coffee Club to make sure the right food is there. It is not that the Uber Eats drivers deliver to the wrong people, they get the wrong food. BY THE COFFEE CLUB. While talking to Steve, he was irritated, even at a point that changed his tone to meet when I tried to inform him about the details he got wrong, tried to put ALL on the Uber Eats driver. He took no responsibility, did not even apologize and did not even offer to solve the problem. The first original Uber Eats type I got today had much better customer service than he and this guy did not even do what he did to help me and he DIDNT EVEN GET PAID FOR A DIESES. Steve told me with attitude to take this with Uber Eats and didn't seem to worry at all, he actually seemed upset when I continued to press this problem because it makes 0 sense how this could happen and they didn't blame them for it. I don't understand how they could make a mistake for the first time and then be careless when they give them a chance to do by a customer who had faith in them enough to give them a second chance. The whole experience was extremely disappointing, and I feel terrible for the Uber Eats riders who get the blame. This is the worst experience I had on Uber Eats and his not because of Uber. It's because of the restaurant, no matter how much Steve tried to push the guilt elsewhere. I am extremely disappointed and at the end of the day, not getting what I ordered and what I received, I cannot eat. I'm not a Karen, but that brought the Karen out in me. I feel like Steve was meant for the treatment of me and tried everything in this power to make it my mistakes / the Uber Eats rider mistakes. So far to go and lie. This is such an unfortunate waste of food and my time, the Uber Eats driver's time and my money. The Coffee Club in Macarthur Square NEEDS TO DO BETTER or at least the mere minimum, especially if they get the chance to redeem themselves.
I suggest updating the menu and presentation of your dishes. I am not sure if there is a set menu for Coffee Club franchise owners, but the current one is not up to par. I recently spent over $100 on breakfast for 2 adults and 3 children and feel that I could have gotten better value for my money at smaller cafes in the area. I recommend removing the mushrooms from your menu as they are tough and unappetizing. Additionally, consider using different cooking rings for your eggs as they look unnatural and similar to those found at fast food chains. Despite my disappointment, I have given you a 4-star rating as I believe improving your menu and presentation could bring you up to standard. Your location is excellent, and the Coffee Club brand is well-known throughout Australia. I hope to see improvements soon!
Recently my brother asked to meet here so got on to good old Tripadvisor and the reviews didnt fill me with excitement. Arrived on the day to friendly staff , really good service and the food was of a very high standard so I will be back. I would only change one thing and that would be for the wait staff to smile it just made the experience very good instead of excellent.
