Buck ‘n Brew Coffee Ice Cream

The food and coffee are both excellent at this restaurant, which has been open for over a year. However, I had a disappointing experience today when I was told I couldn't redeem my free coffee because it was punched on two different cards. The waitress was not very helpful and suggested I speak to the owner. I have two stamp cards because I drive two separate cars, but I have never had an issue redeeming them before. As a loyal customer who visits at least once a week, I found this interaction to be very unpleasant and rude. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.

The tea at this restaurant is amazing, and they really spoil you with generous portions.

This restaurant is clean and cheerful with excellent customer service. My daughters love their ice, and the chalk art on the walls is really funny. The only downside for me is the long drive, as taking the tram can be rough.

First time there, sandwich and salad. Very good food and service.
