Bertan is a chain that has more than one sold spot, in all cases it is spacious premises and with large parking spaces. I don't like the Venetian style they want to aspire to, and I don't understand why they then decorate with plastic yellow chairs and multicolored murals (this at the point in Campodarsego). I find that the place should be renewed because it has been the same for 50 years, still with the peluches and the giga-merings exposed, I understand the tradition but from a name so famous, we expect more in the maintenance of the premises. Their products I do not like, I often had the perception that the food was old, I happened with bigné or tarts, but also with the brioches. Which is why I'm not going back. I don't like the cappuccino and personally the service, which I find confusing.

We have friends living in the area, and it has often happened that we stopped in this pastry shop. Today, after at least the third time, we witnessed the reprimand of one of the employees by what we think is responsible. We had a lot of discomfort, see how the girl was shunned in front of everyone we didn't like, I would have taken off the apron and I would have gone! We're also in the industry, and we've never seen scenes like that, neither employees nor customers! So much esteem for her that she continued to work, obviously sorry and under pressure! That said, given the embarrassment between those who witnessed the scene, I don't think we'll be back!
