Rodeo Spur Steak Ranch

My wife and I recently visited the Rodeo Spur Claremont a few times for breakfast while on leave and what a lovely different atmosphere and service we received. Greeted with smiles from waiters and cashiers, assisted instantly with breakfast and truly tasting like people with a taste for life . Neil the Manager thanks for the chat and lovely staff I will recommend anyone to visit the Claremont branch. 5 out of 5 from myself and family.

Nothing better than a spur chargrilled chedamealt steak... hmmm.. and my own invention, Texan blaze chicken burger with a top up beef patty to make it a monster meal.... Nothing better

From an unpleasant experience to walking out the store satisfied customers. I would like to thank Zolani and Neil for their selfless effort in restoring our faith in that store. It shows that a little empathy from management and staff really goes a long way to satisfy a dissatisfied customer. Well done Neil and Zolani, other management and staff can really take learnings from your excellent customer service. Keep it up!

Spur has always been my go-to steakhouse as they never disappoint, and my visits to this particular Spur were no different. The waiters are friendly, the service is great and the food is as good as one expects from Spur.<br/ <br/ The restaurant, however, tends to get really noisy when full (I mean, really noisy). Pair that with the loud music being played and you're bound to leave with a headache. Maybe something for them to consider during peak hours. Overall, this is my family's preferred Spur. Keep up the great work!
