Nice coffee, tiramisu was delicious and staff were friendly.
Very impressed this morning. I'm an infrequent visitor to Nero, but happened in early today. I ordered my cappuccino, and the attendant remembered from months ago that I like a particular milk. Nice coffee, friendly and clean..
There's a lovely trainee batista there at the minute and we've been served twice by her. Very helpful and efficient. Thank you.
