Very poor service from this business. I did a purchase at the Sea Point branch on 26th March 2022. The cashier insisted that my card purchase did not process yet the payment was processed in my FNB account. I then made a cash payment and the cashier said the card payment would reverse in 48 hours. It has now been 10 days and still the is no reversal. I have queried via the store's WhatsApp number but the was always excuses been given.

Very awesome spot. Everything is so affordable and there are so many amazing options available. The ice cream servings are really big also. Definitely a great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth or ice cream cravings! Plus they usually have specials on a Tuesday.
