Vida E Caffè Camps Bay

My experience this morning, dirty tables, indifferent staff who are continually shouting at each other (we were the only customers in the store), a cashier who struggled to get the order as he wasn’t paying attention, staff counting tips on a food cutting board and general lack of food safety and housekeeping behind the counter. I chose to come here instead of going to Starbucks, what a disappointment.

Why is it seemingly impossible to get a hot coffee, even when you specifically request it? I have been here three times in the last two weeks, and that one anticipated hot coffee remains elusive. Maybe the staff should focus on their customers rather than overdoing the noise and comedy. Lots of other coffee offerings on the camps bay strip, three strikes done and dusted

Awesome, friendly staff and delicious light meals. Love the fudge frio Quatro muffin
