Been going to this location for years and the steady decline in service and product is horrible. If they are not throwing your items into your car spilling stuff they make it so terribly you can't even stand the taste. I personally won't be waisting my money here again Service: Take out

This place is hit or miss. Some days they get my order correct and other times they don't. Too many times I have wasted money! I order a steeped tea for my mother and get home to discover it's coffee, which she hates! They are in such a hurry to push you through that they aren't paying attention to what they are doing. There are very few days that my order is completely correct and that's just not good enough! I do have to say that some of the staff at the drive through are super friendly! Dietary restrictions: I have to have decaf for health reasons and there are times after drinking my decaf coffee that my stomach hurts, so I wonder if I am getting decaf. I went there one day and asked for decaf and they said they didn't have any, which happens quite often, but then they said they suddenly had enough for my large. After I brought it home and drank part of it, I started getting pains in my stomach, so I don't think it was. Also, maybe having something for celiac and lactose intolerant people would be nice. They used to have those gluten free coconut cookies, but not for a while now.

Sometimes when they scan your points it doesn’t work because it has to get scanned again but the staff never say anything it has happened a couple times now like they owe me around 500 points
