Whit's Frozen Custard

This restaurant is in a fantastic location, even though it's slightly hidden. The staff is welcoming and the custard is outstanding. I tried their butter pecan flavor and it was hands down the best I've ever had. I returned a week later to get some pumpkin to go and it was equally delicious. I'm sure I'll be returning again, even if it's not the best for my waistline. It's definitely worth it!

My wife and I have gone three times, and had a great experience each time. Their banana splits are my favorite, and are amazing! We've always had good, friendly service as well. We know what to expect here!

The food is very delicious. There is limited seating, but it's understandable because the restaurant is always busy. The service is quick and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend trying the chocolate chip cookie dough on vanilla ice cream.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I received a runny and sloppy Carmel Apple Whitser, and when I asked the clerk to remake it, they did not care. I explained that I have ordered the same item at different locations, including New Albany, Westerville, Gahanna, and Canal, and it was never made so poorly. The clerk did not know how to make the Whitser and had terrible customer service skills.

Vanilla or chocolate. Add or mix in toppings. Super underwhelmed. Grocery store or drug store have more exotic flavors and offerings. Wasted trip. Left without buying anything. Seemed pretty clean and the high school girls running the place were nice but not outgoing or interested in making a sale.
