Delicious food, combining traditional Italian kitchen with innovative creations. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, making you feel at home and simultaneously treating you like honoured guests. The degustation menu is a real treat for a very reasonable price. A lot of extras, like delicious little starters, intermediate dish and a very generous coffee sweets selection, are included. Impressive wine list. Many thanks to Chef Palluda for a royal welcome and a dinner to remember (next time we will bring some Belgian pralines with us .

We went there on Thursday one week ago, and ordered 2 dishes for each. In a gastronomic restaurant, we simply needed to enjoy the environment and dishes slowly in order to taste the details and remember it. The ingredients were so fresh, and so sauce was so balanced. The sauce is really the spirit and in combination of good quality of ingredients, it’s definitely unimpeachable. The chef was so nice to greet us and shared with us his thoughts of cooking. The sommelier was very professional and gave us bold suggestion on selecting wine, and turned out to be a good surprise.

The food is absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. The wine list is very extensive and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in the area- I would definitely love to return!

In the center of canale is the gastrolocation with wine/delicatessen loading, trattoria and gourmet restaurant. the surprise menu and the weine matched the price/performance ratio. service was okay.

We have landed in the all’enoeca. the interiors are very nice and would fit for a beautiful evening. but we were there on the afternoon and from a small fast snack a grown-up lunch was held. which was great. we left on the terrace. were handled and very friendly and competent. the selection of food is in order and everything was very fresh and super delicious. very recommended. also the winery. very nice, we'll be back.
