My partner and I went to this restaurant for Valentine's Day. We opted for the set menu and had a wonderful experience. The staff were welcoming and accommodating (they quickly substituted lamb with samosas for us). The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The appetizers came with a special homemade sauce that was fresh and tasty. The butter chicken was creamy and went well with the garlic naan, which was soft and flavorful on its own (rice was also served). The prawns were fresh and well prepared, and the vegetable curry was crunchy and full of flavor. Despite not having a sweet tooth, I greatly enjoyed the kulfi falooda for dessert. The only downside is that the restaurant is located quite far away in Woden - Gungahlin would have been more convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. We will definitely be returning.
I enjoyed a tasty meal with my friends at this restaurant. Each of us ordered a dish along with rice and naan. The food was delicious and there was plenty to eat.
This was our first visit to Indian Affair Restaurant and we were immediately taken aback by the cozy atmosphere, complete with a sloped ceiling and exposed beams. We dined on delicious Indian cuisine - I opted for the Goan fish curry while the kids and my wife enjoyed the butter chicken and Bombay aloo with goat meat. Every dish was enjoyed by all of us. Surinder, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.
Always looked after by the wonderful staff! So many nice curries but butter chicken is still my favourite.
