Canby Pub Grill

Had dinner with friends. Discovered Empress GIN! Our new GoTo! My ribs were perfect and everyone else enjoyed their Prime Rib. Love the Backstop!

Waitress was amazing. Steaks and vegetables were delicious. My daughters mac n cheese was funky and we didn't eat it but everything else was so on point, well worth the 5 stars. Coming back soon!

Bar staff was great, the girl who waited on us (Leslie was an amazing personality who will single-handedly be our reason for returning. We left there feeling like we'd made a new friend. Food was definitely good too, alcohol was appreciated, prices were reasonable to good. Just a great eating out experience. :

Ya?ll are wonderful. I went here with my partner tonight and we indulged. Most things are great. The drinks were delicious. The mashed potatoes are perfect, green beans were good. Cobb salad is amazing. Tonight I ordered the prime rib and it was not even seared or grilled, barely cooked (seemed like they baked it? and kind of gross. It was really sad for how expensive it was ? $23 for it and we left very disappointed. Everything else was good. ? I took it home so I could throw it on the grill and cook it myself.
