Excelente hotel, fino, elegante, espectacular, extraordinario servicio, muchas felicidades.

Muy lindo hotel, la decoración un poco anticuada para un hotel de plata según mi gusto. Pero el servicio impecable Un must!!!

This was my favorite meal in Cancun, because the food and service were both so wonderful; the staff was impeccably attentive, and the food beautifully presented. My mother and I each had the tasting menu, and everything (everything!! , from the two amuse bouches to the parmesan soup to the fillet with wine reduction, was perfect. Nothing was a brand new revelation of flavor, but everything was the *best* version of flavors I had tried. They also closed with giving us a rose, and although we had walked in feeling tired, my mom and I both felt restored with happiness after we left. Photos: my mom in the formal dining eoom. Amuse #2: shrimp on beet, with dill and foam. Salad with goat cheese, cherries, balsamic wine reduction and parmesan rainbow arc. Fillet with risotto. Tiramisu.
