La Casa De Los Abuelos - Cancún

Even though the place and the service are actually good, food is not good. Personally I found it bland, fatty, and pretty commercial for a place that claims to be homemade and traditional Mexican food. By the way, I got stomachache right after eating there.

I like this place generally. I normally come here in the middle of the week and I like soups and juices. But when it's busy like on Sundays or they have a different shift of people, the service and food becomes terrible. We came here with a family on Sunday and the food was terrible: tacos barbacoa smelled really bad, quesadillas were made with cold and old tortillas, and the waiter was running around and ignoring us all the time. I hope I will come back one more time and have better experience here. Otherwise, I won't go or recomend it anymore.

Great Comfort Eating We were at 3 locations in Cancun and none of them disappointed. We had a really slow and rude waiter in another place, but the food was still great. Never had a bad experience at this point. We come here at least twice a month. Everyone there has a panaderia that makes for a perfect dessert.

The food was good but the service from the waiters was super slow, they need to hire more people!!!

Fast service and consistently good food. Try the Tostadas or the Pozole.
