Mi Pueblito seafood and steak house

We’ve eaten at this restaurant many times over the years as it’s open 24 hours and very close to the main bus terminal. He can get a very good ceviche here many times will bring you a free margaritas or piña colada with your meal. last time I was there couple weeks ago they must’ve changed owners within the past six months because they no longer had the fish with the sauce that I like on the menu and they were confused about what it was. It can get annoying when the blast music in the restaurant next-door bless their music and the cross contaminate the music and I can give you a headache. . So just stick to a ceviche a drink and maybe some tacos and you’ll be just fine.

First of all there are no americans eating there. That should be your first indication that this is not a tourist trap. This is the real deal. They try to pull you in off the street and its annoying but...the food is magical. We ate here almost every night that we could and came in from the hotel zone to do so by bus nightly. Let me tell you about the ceviches and cocktails . Shrimp and octopus so fresh its swimming at you. Try the fish filet with either cilantro sauce or mojo ajo garlic sauce . Also the grilled shrimps s succulent. They even give you a drink for free, we liked the frozen margaritas! Wish i was back there right now...cheap too. 400 pesos for a full meal for 2 with drinks and fresh fish and we are talking big portions ! Music that competes with the neighboring restaurant is irritating but what can you do? The food is worth it!!

We ate at the restaurant twice and both times the food was good. The second time we went we were given free margaritas. The service was excellent, sorry I didn’t get this waiters name.

Carlos the manager is very attentive. The food is good .atmosphere excellent .prices very good. Mostly used by locals. Bit loud with competing music.

Muy bueno ....me queda en el camino... Precios accesibles al público en alimentos y bebidas... Muy servicial el personal... El caldo de jaiba es cortesía.. Es un extra par los clientes... Musica en todo lo que da.. Ambiente local..
