An unpleasant experience tonight. I waited over 2 hours for cold pizzas that were as hard as Frisbees. I had to call three times, and was told my order would arrive in just a few minutes. To make matters worse, the delivery person who finally arrived after 2 hours was rude and incompetent. In the end, the owner offered me my meal at half price... what a shame. I will never order from Mlle Candiac again. There is clearly a lack of professionalism, service, and courtesy. The delivery person left with their pizza. I understand that a restaurant can have off nights... but it's not the customer who should have to pay for that.

I live in St-Mathieu and I ordered delivery. Your flyer clearly states that there is free delivery in St-Mathieu. However, I was charged a $3 delivery fee because 'it was too far.' This is misleading advertising, and on top of that, I receive your flyers in my mailbox.

Waited one hour for my order, only to be told that the system crashed and my order was neither prepared nor sent.

The service at Daniel de Saint Catherine was excellent, and the overall experience was very enjoyable.
