Feedback gevenThe waitress also asked me to check my sirloin whether it was cooked to order. I did it and it wasn't, she apologized immediately and asked me if she could get me another one. After a few minutes, the manager brought me another sirloin and asked me to check him. I did it and it was cooked to order. for me this is an extraordinary service. food: 4/5
Nice meal in a nice place. Great StaffQuick attentive service from the startMeals served quickly hot from the kitchen.Waitress was very attentive to my Wife's and my needs.An overall pleasant dining experience.
Where to start.Service: we arrived and waited 15+ to get drinks. That's a rough start. It wasn't busy. It was fairly quiet and the staff was aplenty.We ordered drinks(waters and sodas). Waited another 10 minutes for them to arrive. All good. It will get better.Two of our party ordered the all you can eat wings. Each received a small starter portion and then we're informed they were entirely out of them. We were charged full price for the unlimited though.We waited almost 45 minutes from food order to receive. And the entire party did not receive their order. Meaning we had meals not delivered to the table. Just people sitting there watching the others eat. Something easily identified if you are a server. The server did not check on us nor respond to our attempts to have her come to our table.After everyone had finished their food she finally attempted to check on us. No drink refills throughout. No how is your food. No...wait someone doesn't have their food.We requested the check. Informed her to take off the food not delivered and prepared to leave. The manager came over (first time we had seen her, as she was also checking on the table behind us that had a similar experience) offered a few free appetizer coupons and a 10% off of our bill.We are good. Nothing could make up for the poorly run environment that we just witnessed. First and last time for that location.
Went there for my Mom’s birthday. Watched 4 tables come in after us…order…get their meals…eat and leave and we still hadn’t gotten our dinner. I got up and tracked down a manager who said she would go look for our meal. A few minutes later the server brought our meal where the steaks were well done and were suppose to be medium and everyone‘s food was lukewarm or cold. By this point the server was flippant with her apology and went and got the manager who gave no real explanation. She asked if we wanted our meals remade to which we declined and said we would go somewhere else. The manager then tells us she’s going to “take care of our meals for us”. The meals that took an hour and a half to come cold and we didn’t eat. We then went to O’Charley’s who when they found out what happened to us they insisted on providing an app and dessert on them to make up for Applebee’s poor service. My recommendation to all is keep driving right past Applebee’s to O’Charley’s where they care about customer experience.
