Chipotle Mexican Grill - Canfield

Especially this chipotle is simply bad every time. I was just one three times last year, but every time was really bad.

Since when does Double meat mean a very light scoop followed by a half scoop. I wouldn 't complain if they were two light scoops, but I 'm not paying for 1 1/3 portions when I 'm charged for double. And when I say I 'm sorry, what 's that? That 's not double. That 's less than one and a half portions. I 'm looked at like I 'm crazy. Ive never felt the need to review a chain restaurant but I 'd recommend going to Boardman or Austintown instead. I feel bad for the girl making the burrito, I 'm sure it 's just a policy she has to follow. She probably gets tired of hearing it.

Went the other day, grossly understaffed, workers were very slow and had difficulty wrapping the burrito, skimpy proportions, and not as clean as any other I've been to. Not to mention, my usual order was more expensive. Just a sign of the times.

I can't ever knock the flavor at chipotle it's consistency, but it's becoming a pattern of small portions and cold meat, especially if you don't get rice. Please, please, please it really does matter.

This place is pathetic. Soda machine never works. Never have queso or a 10 minute wait. Like get real. The Chipotle in boardman never has issues only this pathetic place! Garbage service and garbage employees! Won't be back!
