This place provides reliable, delicious cooked steaks, each and every time I go. chicken carvings and bark burgers are a tight second on the menu, then it is kind of drop off. different beer on tape including pints by peroni: prices a little on the...hohen side for a pub and venue is not the largest, so can fill quickly. also wanted wagyu was a fixed part of the menu.

I was very surprised when a group of us went here and ordered 6 steaks that were cooked on different grades. all steaks came out on request and were well rested. obviously the cook knows his flesh. prices are what they expect in a pub...bistro service was efficient and all meals were hot.

This is one of our restaurants that we regularly visit they have to try to walnut finger lick well. the steaks are also great. good family atmosphere. Try it.

Service could be improved (bar girls,) I stood at the bar for a long while watching staff in the bar talk and leave the bar to go past. I had to find someone from the playroom to ask if he was served in the...bar. others then the drinks were good and food were from pub standards.

Spontaneous decision to eat here, and the food was great, value for money. Should try the Creamy Mushroom pasta with chicken.
