When we asked the owner about the missing pork, he informed us that they were out of stock. I suggested that they should have informed customers beforehand to avoid disappointment. Our group was dismayed by this oversight. Additionally, when my friends complained about their orders being incorrect, they were met with a rude response. Eventually, the staff agreed to prepare the correct dishes. The service was disorganized and the quality of the food was subpar, with small portions. Furthermore, the prices were unreasonably high. I would not recommend dining at this Vietnamese restaurant.
I showed the waitress a worm in my bowl, she tried to say that it wasn't first...then agreed to me a new court, the new court of rice: the rice was too dry. I said to the owner, he only answered .today is unhappy day. that is unprofessional, ridiculous.
A culture can lead to many disappointments that often come through restaurants for me. canley vale is out of the beaten away, but the woman is a Vietnamese food lover, so...what better place? at 1.30 o'clock there were no patrons. a man stood there to arrange table cloths and a dame before he discovered us at the door. then came a sound piercing wail as she asked in cantonese what we wanted to eat. a shrill exchange between the woman and her later, we became a table under a big tw showing the bad news of the day. at this time I knew that the fate was one about me and, it was. the pho was tasteless, but I threw in the sauces to make no annoying. it remained a tub with boiling water with meat and refresh somewhere in its deep. no expert in Vietnamese means of life, i.e. in the quiet but in the inner, there was much awakening and sprinkle. chili huhn appeared and saw nothing like it appeared in the menu photos. I asked where the chilis were and the server made strange noises and pointed to the invisible chillies says.dare....if they want more...ofe this time on the cut red chili in a tiny saucer. he gave me that the one seen fromt they are for real ' look meaning, I should ask less and eat more. four centimeters above my head, the Australian tracking channel snapped the day's scare and my appetit hit a new deep, just before the crispy huh. that was the saving gnade, beautifully glazed and well cooked, it was what I expected. I thought full marks there, but my luck was short. the hai nam kai faan appeared. the rice lacked the mild to heavy chicken stock that I am so accustomed. the chicken was soggy, and there was no 'no jungle' that simply did not complete the court. I wanted to ask. that would have put another screaming fight off, or I might have said that I should bring him home if I knew I would order the court. I ate in silence and dreamed of singapur 's hai nam kai faan, thailand 's minced bark and salat and hong kong 's siu app faan, held. the imagination is a wonderful gift and I use it luxuriantly on tables like this. Ouch! that a restaurant in this competitive arena running is not easy. not all customers appreciate the hard, hurdles and hard-hearted owners go through, every day. But, today hospitable is about the experience of the customer, quality of food, authentic recipes, presentation and ambiente. this restaurant has a lot to learn, but a thing is safe. the lady and the man who served us may be found that many want, but sincerity is not one of them. They served with real warmth and one believe in their food and sometimes it is worth more than anything else. I wish them well. while my experience may not have been what I expected, they have contributed to my life this afternoon and I will always be grateful for it.
I have been coming to this restaurant regularly for years and I highly recommend trying the sweet and tangy fish soup with caramelized peaches.
We chose this restaurant for the way it looked which was clean and nicely decorated but unfortunately that’s all it has going for it. Firstly when the waitress arrived we greeted her with a smile and a hello she did not respond with good customer...service at all, she gave us menus and walked away stoned faced. Secondly I ordered satay beef and received something else. I tried to get their attention but they were busy talking and taking photos. The food was on the table in a flash which was great because we were so hungry but we questioned the freshness which was very average and hardly any beef. it was more a capsicum dish. While paying at the counter I happened to look into the kitchen to spot A staff member eating and scooping food around her mouth with her finger and continued slicing lettuce. We decided not to mention the wrong dish as they were very unapproachable and lacked professionalism. It’s ashame they have no idea on how to represent what has the potential to be a great restaurant
