I stopped by for a much-needed coffee and decided to try Costa. Unfortunately, I regretted that choice. The Costa counter was extremely busy and it took me nearly 20 minutes to receive my order. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than preparing the drinks, resulting in a subpar cappuccino. I would recommend avoiding this place.

This fresh food outlet serves bacon baps, sausage and egg baps, and two coffees for £17.88. Unfortunately, all the food was undercooked with no color or taste. They used smoked bacon, which was not recommended. The only positive aspect was the clean service.

This is by far the worst rest stop on the motorway that I have ever been to. It seems like it was only built to accommodate a fraction of the amount of people that were there yesterday. There was a long line from the exit ramp to the parking lot, the men's bathrooms were so crowded that I couldn't even get in, all the food places had huge lines, and even if you waited in line, you would probably end up having to eat and drink while standing because there were no available tables. Avoid stopping here at all costs.

Dirty. Litter everywhere. Toilets a disgrace. Charges for a sandwich extortionate. Avoid if possible

Ate at Leon and it was the worst food I've ever had at a motorway services. Ordered fish fingers wrap but got jerk and jam. Didn't have time to wait in queue and return it so decided to make the most and eat it anyway. There were bones in the meat. The baked fries with the meal were lukewarm and soggy. The tea was more milk than anything else. Add to this that the cubicle walls in the ladies' toilets was encrusted with something brown and drippy looking that had obviously been there for some time and several hand driers were not working. Not even a one star experience unless a minus sign comes before it!
