I placed an order at 7:30, with estimated time of pickup 7:45. I waited until 8:00 when I asked if my drink would be ready soon. I was told there were at least 5 drinks in front of me still. There is one barista working to make drinks, with one at the cashier and one doing food items. So I guess I should have ordered with the expectation of it taking an hour? The system needs updating to accurately reflect wait times.

Your standard issue small Starbucks. It's never been too busy when I've gone and service is reasonably quick.
