Del Taco - Canoga Park

Pretty busy location for drive thru. Almost no one eating inside. Del didn't disappoint. Reasonably priced Americanized Mexican food. Their new chcken quesadilla tacos were very good. Plenty of chicken, cheese, tomato, lettuce the bonus of ano tortilla glued to the 1st w/melted cheese! Also the strawberry lemonade had slices of fresh strawberry in it. Very tasty.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, with top-notch employees.

I have been living in the area for years and can honestly say that the quality of the food at this restaurant can vary depending on who is working. When the older crew or the older female manager are on duty, the food is top-notch and worthy of a 5-star rating. However, recently the food quality has declined significantly, with new staff members struggling to deliver dishes that are up to par. The cheese has a moldy smell, the fries are cold and limp like shrimp, and the tortilla on one dish was so crispy that it appeared to be undercooked. It seems like the restaurant has lost its focus on maintaining quality standards. Two years ago, this was the best Del Taco I had ever been to, but now it feels like the team is just going through the motions. I'm not trying to criticize them, but I can see that they are facing challenges.

The drive-thru at this restaurant is always bustling, but the wait is never too long. The fries are consistently hot and delicious, and the staff is always friendly.

Nice service. fast to get my order done. many parking spaces. not complaining.
