Dunkin' - Canonsburg

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but I won’t be returning after today. They have repeatedly gotten our orders wrong, and the staff seems so under the influence that they can hardly manage their duties. Save yourself the trouble and disappointment; it's just not worth it!

The coffee was great, but the donuts were just okay. The service was rather abrupt, and I wasn't a fan of the new policy that doesn't allow dining in anymore.

Dunkin Donuts at Adios Drive offers truly terrible service, and they only fill their cups halfway. It’s really disappointing.

The staff was rude as a trucker I stopped on side of the road to grab some coffee and I was told that I can't come to place an order but only drive through and how am I supposed to drive a 18 wheeler through a drive thru seriously?? Management shouldshutdown the business or changed stupid rules that rhe staff stick too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst DD I?ve ever been to.. They didn?t ask what size I wanted my frozen coffee to be just gave me large, didn?t ask if I wanted whipped cream just gave it to me and to top it off it was completeliquid! Not frozen at all!! So nasty..Asked for everything bagel, gave me a wheat one..not even toasted so it was chewy..Iwanted 4 of the stuffed bagel bites.. which were cold and not toasty..they gave me 4 packs of 2 instead! I wondered why my billwas so much..what a friggin disaster! This isn?t the first time my entire order was f?d up here..I won?t ever be goin backhere..drive the extra couple miles and go to the chestnut location..trust me you?ll thank me! Oh and one last note,, on top ofbad food, the employee wasn?t the friendliest either..just sayin..???????????
