The chef and the staff of the room welcomed us impeccably, telling us the history of the products used and the preparations of the dishes, clearly conveying the passion for the work they do. Recommended, we will definitely return.
We were invited for a themed evening and for the first time we entered this restaurant. I must say that we were pleasantly surprised, young environment, food cooked in a great way, cozy and very professional waiters, chef Muggeo with his brigade to the height of the situation. We will definitely come back to taste the specialties of sea, battle horse of the Canosa A Mare with the hope to remain pleasantly surprised once again.
I've been to this restaurant for New Year's lunch. In fact already in the summer I had the pleasure of ash twice in this place. The first time I tried the fairytale pizza with the cod, the second time several appetizers and seconds of fish. It is not a seaside resort and yet there is the sea: fresh fish, balanced and refined flavors. Worthy of note in the New Year's menu are the 'entrée e gli antipasti (tonno con fungi e salsa tonnata, salmon con pan dolce, prawn in tempura, raw sea, Magnum di Morro, Polpo con zucca). To follow we had Ravioli di spigola, tubetti allo scoglio e rana pescatrice wrapped in the Parma raw. Putroppo words are not able to convey the goodness of these percui dishes I can only recommend to try in person also to feel pampered by the owner and by all the extremely kind and highly professional staff. I found great respect and attention to customers. In short, never more appropriate name for this restaurant A 'MMARE : you find us MARE and LOVE!
Quality food without possibility however of choice decide for you and then make you pay an heresy without you knowing why they do not bring the least about 50€ per person 30 per child who ate a flow not abundant and with non-expensive ingredients
Let's start from the location... possible that of the young owners... do not have a little more 'inventive to make the place more welcoming??.... the menu???? where is the menu??? the first thing to bring to the table...at least for me... is the menu... we ate....if so you can say ....without knowing how much we spent...I discovered it only after...when I paid a figure according to me disproportionate...... we were not free to choose what to eat because the kitchen offered only what they had in cooking... or that or nothing....impossible and have a simple spaghetto to the clams... but the menu was a simple survivor leaning near the crate..... customers you have to conquer them and pamper them in all ways and instead.....toglietel'idea to serve only local customers or inland...it is easy to give 4-5 stars if you are ever to eat it. The only positive note... for the rest for me and family... a total disaster.... I wait for the answer...that I already know you won't write... but someone who doesn't live in your work experience... nor the live confrontation with the customer....
