Feedback gevenIncredible hospitality, amazing food and a warm, comfortable sleep in a phenomenally beautiful location. We were riding through (bikepacking/bicycle touring) on the Turino to Nice Rally route with heavy fog one evening which meant we couldn’t see anything. we Saw the Refugio and decided to check it out. The new managers welcomed us in and took great care of us. They speak fluent English which is easier to converse in than our broken Italian. The dinner was unbelievable, the best Pollenta I’ve ever had, hands down. I will never forget it! The suite and bathroom were warm and clean. The next morning we woke from a much needed rest in the master suite to clear skies, great breakfast, coffee and more warm hospitality. I felt like the pricing was very good for the product offered. The managers steered us towards an amazing viewpoint just down from the lodge which was incredible. I highly recommend a stay here. Jacopo and Arianna provided us with a wonderful stay that we will never forget, a true highlight of our trip. Thanks so much guys! Grazie mille!
Una giovane coppia ha trovato un rifugio lungo il percorso tra la Val Maira e la Val Varaita con un bel ristorante che offre pochi piatti ma di ottima qualità. Gli gnocchi di patate con burro e timo sono eccellenti, così come la crostata di fragole con grano saraceno. Ottima anche la birra artigianale locale. Peccato che non accettino carte di credito o bancomat, ma merita comunque senza di essi e senza.
