Feedback gevenAn excelent experience for those who can apreciate the strong traditional dishes from this region. Perfectly cooked and with very high quality ingredients. Even the red wine “da casa” is very good! Since Piódão the amazing stone village got such a touristic relevance, the restaurant could went the easy way of lowering the high standards, but happely it as absolutely not the case!
Please try the goat. It was one of the best homemade typical dishes I have tried! Staff was extremely friendly as well! We tried the local dessert too and was super good. The goat stew is only 12€ and comes with a side of potato and broccoli. They also brought us a set of starters including homemade jams and butter and spreadable alongside olives. Would defines recommend!
Bacalhau da avó (codfish) chanfana (goat) are excellent! Manteiga de limão e queijo regional muito bons/ delicious butter with lemon and regional cheese. The young staff is super kind and professional. Nicely located in a lovely narrow street.
