We spend time in italia so always compare, but our meal was absolutely perfect. the bruschetta and scallop avocado appetizers were served in good time and delicious. short break, while we listened to Italian music at the right band and a beautiful red...wine the cook cooks the food in the restaurant, so the smell and atmosphere were fantastic. in general were lamb cuts, a great amount of meat on them, and the heavy fish that my man said was the best meal he had in the old. dessert when they have rooms that I don't hate and cookies. we loved our evening and will be back.

So delicious to find this little jewel. they will not be disappointed, personal friendly and efficient, eating skurril and not overpriced. Thank you.

Myself and two friends came on short notice to the restaurant as we traveled down to Whitstable for the day. The staff were incredibly accomodating, respectful and friendly. After we were sat down, orders were taken quickly and the food arrived soon after. The food...was freshly cooked basically in front of us and tasted amazing. Honestly one of the best meals I've had, let alone Italians! The ambiance was relaxed, classy and you really get that family owned feeling. Compliments to the staff and chef, well worth the journey and without doubt will be back again.

After seeing all the positive reviews, I was hopeful that I would love this restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I ordered a medium steak, but it was tough, chewy, and lacked flavor. I have no plans to return, as there are far better Italian restaurants out there.

A group of girls and I visited the restaurant on a busy Thursday evening. One of my friends was getting married the next day, so us bridesmaids wanted to have a nice, relaxed meal before the big day. Unfortunately, we were seated under a speaker playing extremely loud music, making it difficult for us to chat. To our surprise, the waitress came over and rudely asked us to leave, even though we had only just ordered drinks. She slammed the bill on our table and walked away. We were treated disrespectfully and felt humiliated. We were informed by the staff that we were asked to leave because the locals were unhappy with our presence. The treatment we received was appalling, and we would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. When we told our hotel about the incident, they mentioned that the restaurant is known for being very rude to customers.
